Moving providers are independent businesses or contractors and are responsible for performing the services they accept through the platform.

Prices may be based on hourly rates, minimum hours, distance, crew size, and other job details disclosed before booking. Final charges may vary if the actual move requires additional time or approved services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate move details, including addresses, stairs, elevators, large or specialty items, truck requirements, and other information that may affect the job.

MoveSmart may process payments, payment authorizations, platform fees, refunds, and cancellation fees in connection with bookings made through the platform.

MoveSmart may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the platform, engage in fraud, repeatedly fail to appear for scheduled jobs, or otherwise violate these terms.

By using MoveSmart, you agree to the applicable cancellation, refund, and dispute policies published on the platform.
